This page explains how Katestai.lt printable tests are delivered and which terms apply to individually created digital content.

What you buy
Katestai.lt sells virtual products only: individually generated PDF documents containing the tests and a separate answer sheet, based on the tests and number of copies you select. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
After successful payment, the documents are generated automatically and sent to the email address supplied with the order. Large orders may be split into several PDF packages and delivered in more than one email. Please also check your spam folder.
Returns and refunds
Every PDF package is individually generated from the tests, quantities and dynamic tasks selected by the buyer. For this reason, individually generated digital products that have already been created and sent cannot be returned or refunded.
This does not limit your statutory rights where we cannot provide the digital content because of our technical error, the content does not match the order, or it has a material defect. In that case, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order, include your order number and briefly describe the issue. We will first offer to regenerate or resend the order; if that is not possible, we will consider an appropriate refund.
Consent to immediate supply of digital content
If the buyer explicitly asks for the individually generated digital content to be created immediately after payment and confirms that they have read these terms, content generation may begin straight away. In that case, cancelling an order after payment may not be possible.
